Emerged as a solid weekend starter … finished 3-3 with a 4.41 ERA over 10 appearances and nine starts … struck out 34 batters and was the only starter not to give up a home run … led the team with two pick-offs … his three wins were the third most on the team … went six or more innings in four of nine starts … second among starting pitchers with a 4.78 walks per game average … recorded five or more strikeouts four times … tossed a complete game at Rhode Island (Apr. 18) in which he struck out seven … struck out a season-high eight in six scoreless innings in first collegiate win over SIU-Edwardsville (Mar. 8) … followed with four scoreless innings against Buffalo (Mar. 17) for second win … scoreless inning streak reached 12 innings …improved to 3-1 and picked up first A-10 win with a gutsy 111-pitch outing over 7.2 innings at Saint Joseph’s (Mar. 28) … struck out five over 5.2 innings in a no-decision against Richmond (Apr. 25).

High School
Two-time New York State Class AA All-State choice, ECIC first team selection and All-WNY first team honoree ... capped high school career with a memorable senior season ... his 7-0 record and microscopic 0.74 ERA were both school records ... recorded 101 strikeouts and walked just 10 batters over 48 innings of work ... also hit .400 at the plate with a school record four home runs and 20 RBI ... named to the All-State AA first team en route to leading Jamestown to at 16-9 record and a league championship ... breakout season came in 2007 as a junior ... earned third team All-State honors after posting a 4-2 mark with a 2.10 ERA ... had 68 strikeouts and was named the team's Most Valuable Pitcher ... also hit .275 and drove-in 10 RBI ... named to the ECIC All-Academic team last two years ... was the game one starter for the Western team in the Empire State Games in 2007.
