Moley named to ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Team

ST. BONAVENTURE - St. Bonaventure junior baseball outfielder Randy Moley has been named to ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District teams by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Moley was named to the first team in District 1, meaning he will advance on to the national ballot for Academic All-America® consideration. He also was on the All-District team last season.

Moley, the Bonnies' center fielder, batted over .300 for the second straight season. He finished with 25 runs scored, 55 hits, 13 doubles, 28 RBI and a team-high nine stolen bases. At the Atlantic 10 Tournament, Moley reached base in 6-of-10 plate appearances via three walks and three hits. A management sciences major, Moley has better than a 3.9 grade point average (GPA).

The Bonnies finished the 2007 campaign with a record of 25-27 and earned a berth into the Atlantic 10 Tournament as the sixth seed.
