Senior Michal Bogacki is the GoBonnies.com Athlete of the Week for the period ending Feb. 19. Bogacki turned in numerous clutch performances to help lead St. Bonaventure to the Atlantic 10 Men's Swimming and Diving Championship, which was held Feb. 15-18 at the Flickinger Aquatic Center in Buffalo. On the final night of competition with the Championship in the balance, Bogacki anchored the 400 freestyle relay team to a gold medal which assured St. Bonaventure the team title. Earlier that night, he took second place in both the 100 free and the 200 fly. Bogacki also earned a gold medal earlier in the week as part of the 400 medley relay and a silver medal as part of the 200 free relay.
