As a Freshman (2011)   
Ran in six races … finished with a personal best of 29:42 in the 8k at the UB Stampede Invitational (Sept. 17) … personal best of 38:39 in the 10k at the NCAA Northeast Regionals (Oct. 29) … fourth on the team (17:45. 52) at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals (Sept. 2) … fourth on the team at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30).

Personal
Earned two cross country letters at Pioneer and paced his squad to a fourth place showing at the 2010 Section 6 Championships ... also played baseball, basketball and soccer while running indoor and outdoor track ... grandfather is a graduate of St. Bonaventure who also taught at the University.
