PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The St. Bonaventure men's and women's cross country teams both placed 14th at the Atlantic 10 Championships at Belmont Plateau Saturday.

Duquesne captured the men's title, while LaSalle took first place for the women.

Senior Brian Thierman posted his best time of the season finishing at 27:45. Junior Andrew Shulha and junior Ryan Ross placed second and third for the Bonnies, finishing in times of 28:27 and 32:12, respectively.

For the women, junior Carrie Jackling led the Bonnies with a time of 23:28. Junior Margaret Kubiak and junior Mary Harruff finished second and third for St. Bonaventure, posting times of 25:20 and 25:35, respectively.

The Atlantic 10 Championship concludes the Bonnies' 2005 season.
