ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. - Incoming freshman Tori Burchett (Hinsdale, Ill./Hinsdale Central) has been named to the Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer Preseason All-Rookie team, in a voting by the league's head coaches.

Burchett is the fourth Bonnie to ever garner preseason accolades on the All-Rookie team since it was created in 2000. She and the rest of the team's 12 incoming freshmen will begin preseason camp under head coach Manoj Khettry on August 7.

A native of Hinsdale, Ill., Burchett was a three-year member of the Olympic Development Pool Region II Pool team while attending Hinsdale Central. Burchett was also a member of the prestigious Chicago Magic Soccer Club team that has won seven consecutive State Cup titles. She has helped lead the Chicago Magic to three consecutive Super Y League National Championships and regional qualifiers.

Khettry's second recruiting class at St. Bonaventure earned some regional recognition from SoccerBuzz in June. The incoming is ranked No. 16 in the Northeast Region and sixth in the A-10. The Brown and White were also deemed the conference's "team on the rise" heading into the upcoming season. Every team that earns a regional ranking is also ranked among the top 150 classes in the nation.
