Cindy Johnson Position: Assistant Coach

St. Bonaventure graduate Cindy Johnson is in her third season as the assistant coach at her alma mater.

Following her graduation from St. Bonaventure in 2005 with a degree in education, Johnson moved into the coaching ranks.

Johnson enjoyed a strong, four-year swimming career under head coach Lance Brennan from 2001-05. In each of her four years in the pool, the Bonnies placed second in the Atlantic 10. She earned mutliple All-Conference honors highlighted by a gold medal in the 400 freestyle relay her sophomore year.

In August of 2006, Johnson married fellow Bonas alumnus Seth Johnson, who also graduated in 2005 and was a standout swimmer for the Brown and White. As well as her duties with the team, Johnson serves as an elementary school teacher in Olean.
